Iceland
In spring 2015 my friends and I rented 4x4s and camped our way around Iceland.
When our group touched down in Reykjavik on May 1, we were met by the coldest spring in 35 years. Still, we set out as planned, encountering blizzards, road closures, and freezing temperatures as we made our way around the country.
